Harry Potter Swede (With reflection)
WWW: In my opinion, I believe that me and my peers accomplished the aim of this task which was to portray the essence of a professional mainstream movie in an absurd and funny way. We used various types of angles and shots to create meaning. For example, when Harry Potter catches the snitch, there is a slow-mo scene in which a medium shot at a low angle is used to give this character power and transmit to the audience the feeling of superiority as he won. I also think that the costumes were not bad considering we took them from the school props!
EBI: However so many things could have been done better. For instance, there were too many cuts in one scene, which may have made the audience confused as it may have been harder for them to follow the story. I also believe that more non-diegetic music should have been applied in the background of certain scenes, to accompany or create certain moods and atmospheres. Next time, I will make sure that the scenes are longer enough incase of needing to edit some parts.
