Sound problems!!!!

SOUND PROBLEMS

I recently finished filming my movie, however I'm having technical difficulties with sound in the exterior shots as the day I filmed it was too windy. I have been exploring different ideas as to how I could solve this issue. The problem is that I can no longer re film since I will not be going back to my town in a long time therefore that is not an option either.

THESE ARE MY OPTIONS RIGHT NOW:
-Trying to reduce background noise.
-Voiceover?
-Changing the approach of the conversation by immersing into Andrew and Rachel's thoughts.
